Hey, wait a minute... couldn't Frogokuma be considered responsible for any deaths that happen? We still need to prove that Claire is truly dead, of course, but if she died, wouldn't he be considered liable because he arranged the death game?

I think it's incorrect to delegate responsibility to others. Yes, our amphibian overlord is the seeming reason for this situation, however we retain agency in how we react to it. One of us has killed, and the others have not. Wherever the ultimate blame may lie, the actions taken thus far do not have equal ethical weight.

Also I think Kyle Lowry has experience with Big Brother simulator, which is more or less this but with more violence, so that's means (though we still lack motive and opportunity).
