Janet stopped.

She could have let everything else that Sidney had been saying go, she wasn’t the first moron she’d met and she wouldn’t be the last, but then she had to go and add in the death threat. Those words were pushing Janet more than anything else Sidney had spat at her, and the urge to smack sense into her was growing stronger and stronger.

But Janet ignored it.

This was all just an angry kid shouting her guts out at her, nothing more. Sidney was taking it far, but she’d shut up soon enough with or without Janet’s help and she had no reason to work herself over trying to make her get over her problems. It was the same with that Danya fucker: eventually he’d screw himself over, the cops would come for him, the army, whoever, they’d come and arrest the fuck out of him and then they could all go home. Janet didn’t need to do anything to speed it up, or go along with his monstrous plans for her and the rest of her bus. She wouldn’t.

She started to leave again, her wrench held loosely at her side out of comfort more than anything. As long as Sidney remembered what she had warned her, then that’d be enough for her. And if she really was dumb enough to try to kill her next time? She’d just have to smack that sense into her.

Sidney simply sat on the ground as Janet left.

And that was that.

Fuck Janet. She could have fun yelling at people as much as she wanted. If it hadn't been her, it would have been someone else. Sidney was sure of that.

She shuddered with a bit of anger, though, now that she has almost ceased coughing. That whore! Sidney wasn't pathetic. Make no mistake about that. In fact, she was just trying to get ahead. And what, Janet had magical bullet deflecting powers? Bullshit. She was bound to piss off more people, anyways.

Placing the inhaler inside her bag, she stood up, grabbing the war scythe and brand new bag.

Well, she dealt with that, at least. Was she just seriously PMSing or something? Like, oh hey! Yes, let's yell at the Texan who is pointing a scythe on you! Surely that will end well! As she said, if it wasn't her, it would be someone else.

But maybe this meant a bit more... charisma was needed here. Or just psychological stuff. Clearly, what she tried with Janet didn't work. What was she trying, anyways? But that only made it certain; try new tactics since there were going to be angry broads shouting their lungs out at you.

She could find a new tactic swiftly enough.

Well, might as well get going.

With that, Sidney headed on her way.
