Kat staggered back from Sebbo, repulsed by him shouting directly into her face, and by the stale smell of sweat and alcohol that lingered on his breath and on his clothes, and by his general personality, and appearance, and aura, and being. She glared daggers at him, trying desperately to regain some measure of dignity and composure.

By now, she should have somehow realised what he was gonna do. It had just taken her a little bit to recognise Sebbo amongst the throng of other, equally stupid and annoying people here. The boy had an attention span of a particularly stupid goldfish, and on the rare occasion he could focus on something, it was solely for the benefit of himself. Anyone with a brain could have looked at her, flushed and angry embarrassed and drenched in wine, and figured ‘hmm, maybe she doesn’t particularly want some yobbo yelling in her face right now’, but suggesting that Sebbo even had a single brain cell rattling around in his massive head would have been far too generous.

“You can take your ‘bars’, and you can shove ‘em up your arse.”

She’d been sick of this party from almost the moment she’d stepped through the front door, but she’d stuck it out in the misguided hopes that something interesting might happen. Well, haha, sod’s fucking law had taken full effect and full liberties with said interesting thing, hadn’t it? She needed to get out of here, or she’d be tempted to up and smash her guitar over Sebbo’s stupid head, and that was something she knew she’d regret; it was a treasured present from her uncle, after all. Wasn’t like her parents would help her out in buying a new one, either.

Quick as she could, Kat returned to the stairs, where this whole chain of dominos had started, grabbing her guitar by the neck, brushing off the tear-shaped droplet of wine that had stuck to it. She’d left the case near the coat hooks, right by her shoes; she just needed to slip them both on, and she was out of there.

But first…

“And all of you who just stood there and gawped,” Kat said, raising her voice, turning to face the remnants of the crowd who hadn’t dispersed yet. “You can all suck my dick.”

There. Done. Take me home. All the roads that led her there were winding, and it was dark and cold out, but anywhere was preferable to here. She zipped the case up around her guitar, and left into the night.

Sebbo giggled drunkenly to Kat's freak out, especially when she said arse. Arse and bars even rhymes somehow, he just needs to accentuates it correctly. He was gonna steal that line from Kat if he could remember that line till tomorrow morning. Actually there was no need for that, he pulled out his cellphone and typed these two lines in his rap lyrics document where he stored all cool lyrics that popped into his head throughout his daily life.

It was freaking difficult to type in the phone, his head and his stomach were revolting, but in what felt like five minutes for Sebbo, he managed to manifest his punchline.

Sebbo looked up from his cellphone and as he looked around he realized that all the attention about him, Calista and Kat has died down. He couldn't spit some bars and freestyle some verses like he had anticipated; he was just part of the crowd again. But whatever, he could live with that, so he went outside.
