Charlotte Vandermeyer is a lovely Nuclear Engineering student from Bellingham who is cheerful, friendly and really really really gay. Her interests mostly revolve around the ocean, as does her obligation to join the Navy as an officer after university. I'm open for whatever relationships as long as it makes sense!

Friends: Most people are probably gonna fall under this! Charlie finds it easy to make friends and is very friendly, so even if it's only a one-way thing she likes to consider people her friend.
Acquaintances: The rest are probably gonna fall under here. Sometimes Charlie only knows people briefly or has only ever really heard of them.
