Renaissance Café

((Partial Section of The Renaissance Café. Also included is the other, larger half of the Cafe and a section for budding young musicians to showcase their talents.))
[[Tiffany Dexter Pregame Start: Commence.]]

Saturday Afternoon. Tiffany Dexter was at peace, thankfully. She was actually quite proud of how well maintained, her mother kept The Renaissance Café. Of course, it should be expected, due to much of the family income being put into maintaining it. It was a sandwich shop, cafe, and coffee house all in one, passed down from her mother's side of the family. The Family owned Renaissance Café, wasn't too busy, as of yet. People were just hanging out together inside.

She wasn't working today, so she had time to catch up on some homework and other extracurricular work. School work was a hassle, yes, but it was a necessary task to be done well, if she wanted to be CEO of a Business, or President someday. Yes, Tiffany Dexter was destined to go on to bigger things, outside of Detroit Central. Tiffany continued to work on her laptop; one she managed to save up enough money over months to buy... well worth it. With it she could actually work on some of the school Newspaper editing, or Yearbook staff duties, outside of class. She made sure to be extra careful with watching it, knowing how the teenagers around Detroit Central High School were. She never brought it to school. Ever.

"Hey Tiffany. Nothing up today?" It was her brother James. He was surprised to see Tiffany in the family cafe, on her day off. Normally she had other things to do.
"Just doing some school work James." She answered, her eyes still focused on her laptop screen as she continued typing. "Also, shouldn't you be getting back to work?"

"Aw, dun worry Tiff! It's pretty slow right now. I'm just taking a little break, have a small chat with my sis, and wiping tables along the way. The other workers got it, I think."

Tiffany looked up from her computer screen, a sisterly glare at him. James got the picture and left her alone. Tiffany smiled as he went away. Even though she didn't show it to him, she was very proud of him. He was like her in a number of ways. He was a smart kid who worked hard in school and on the job - usually. Attractive, (Much like Tiffany, if she does say so herself!) and also had the added effect of being an athlete. The only flaw was he was too nice, and a big pushover. It was usual for Tiffany to have to stand up for him, even when James didn't want her to. He just wanted things to blow over, and avoid confrontation as much as possible.

Tiffany continued her homework, as more visitors came in and out, and the other Cafe workers (there were more hired than just the family of course) did their job. There was an open call today, for any musicians to showcase their talents for tonight. They just needed to sign up. She was ready with her camera from yearbook, should anyone from school show.

[[OOC - Anyone from Detroit Central High School school can come in. Friends, Enemies, Whatever. You can be customers/visitors/musicians or even Cafe Workers.]]

The day turned out being quite the uneventful one. Tiffany finished what she needed to do and decided to go home.
