Why are they not working? I was trying to compose a message and it was freezing for some reason. Is this the right place to put this? I'm sorry if this is the wrong place.

This is the right place! We haven't fiddled around with PMs in settings yet, so there may be something that's blocking some or all users from using them or some other issue with them on our end. We'll look into it and let you know.

I tried sending you a message. If you get it, can you try to reply? This board allows a few things ZB doesn't (including group messages) which may be part of the issue.

If you can't get it to work, is there any way you could take a screenshot of the problem and send it to me?
