Laurence Clifford is up for adoption for a span of five days, at the end of which he will be assigned to a new handler according to
our newly-updated adoption (and priority) rules. Laurence's adoption was requested by his handler in communication to staff.

No rolls for this one, as there were only two bids and Skraal's became ineligible due to picking up Luciano yesterday.
