Maud was doing a lot of nodding today. Almost felt like she was a bobble head. In her defense, things seemed to finally be at peace, a really good kind, and if bobbing her head up and down meant keeping it that way, she'd put her head on a spring and flick it fifty times a day.

"Sounds good to me," was her response to Rachana's proposed search for shelter. A place to set up would be nice. She hoped the beds wouldn't be too dusty. With how long they hadn't been used, that was sure to be a problem. Hopefully there wouldn't be many bugs, either. Never was a fan of those, for good reason.

Heath got a smile out of Maud, one that showed her teeth this time. Perhaps a bit more genuine.

"Thank you. And trust me, the feeling is mutual."

She took one last look at Harper Gray. A shade of gloom made its way onto her face, but the smile.

"And...yeah."

Maud hoped it was nice. That it would always be nice.

But she couldn't know for sure until she knew for sure, you know?

So, without thinking much more of it, she followed.
