Suggestion: Island Expansion Proposal

So while obviously the array of deaths have helped the crowding situation some, I still believe we might be suited to have another island expansion to help get some of the crowded threads a bit less crowded and just have a bit more space. So here's my proposal to help this.
Island Expansion
-Expand the Woods thread limit from 2 to 3
-Expand the Lake thread limit from 1 to 2
-Create a new sub-area within the manor grounds; the Lower Woods. While obviously thanks to artistic license, we have what looks to be a wooded area around the south end of the island that could easily hold 2 threads at least. There's very little in the way of area design to be done; it's just a wooded area much like the one in the north end.
This would increase the thread count on the board by 4 and I think solve all of the early-game crowding issues.
