Area: The Inner Circle

Description: The most opulent and lavish section of the island is the inner circle. Located at the highest point of the island, the inner circle is where the leadership of the island lived separated from the other members of the community. Featuring a large manor house and several smaller but no less well-decorated and furnished homes, the inner circle looks like it comes from a different island entirely. The other main feature of note is the large walk-through garden that formerly featured many different exotic plants but is now overgrown and forgotten.

Update for the Manor House as of Unicorn on the Gallows:

The living room on the first floor is in a massive state of disarray featuring:

- pools of bloody vomit sprayed everywhere
- playing cards featuring the likenesses of rap and hip hop legends scattered about haphazardly on the floor
- a broken lamp on the floor
- half-drunken water bottles thrown about
- Ramsey Cortez's abandoned bag of Lucky Charm marshmallows with several pounds also thrown about on the floor
- Ramsey Cortez's Wu-Tang snapback left abandoned by one of the puddles of vomit
- Nathan Coleman's toy cars, also left abandoned and separated from each other: a blue '57 Chevrolet with flames running along the sides, and a replica of Jeff Gordon's rainbow-colored NASCAR stock car with a big yellow 24 on the roof

The kitchen area still has broken glass and cookware thrown about.

The Gardens, as of I Know in Darkness, I Will Find You (Giving Up Inside Like Me):

Alexander Brooke's corpse (missing his sunglasses, eyes closed) is carefully covered by a reflective emergency blanket from the first aid kit, and then covered again by various leaves, grasses and ivy from the garden. Nearby are various scattered belongings, including food that has been ruined by being stomped into the dirt, empty water bottles, and the pieces of a first-aid kit strewn about haphazardly.

The Gardens, as of We Drift Like Worried Fire:

Bill Dover's corpse has been left in the garden fairly close to Alexander's corpse, though uncovered. His left hand and his face have been badly mangled. Two bags sit next to him, those originally belonging to Bill and to Drew Woods, with all food and water removed and destroyed, though the medical kits, flashlights and maps remain.

In the Leadership Houses, as of Don't Stop Dancing:

One of the houses (not the one with all the cushions) contains Amber's body and a broken cabinet, with glass strewn around on the floor and counter below. Most of the top of Amber's skull is gone, and she has a stab wound in her torso. A significant amount of blood coats the surroundings, having been sprayed from Amber's head injuries.

As of the latest post in Terminal Gardener, Amber's body, covered in an old quilt, has been moved to join Bill and Alexander's.
