Characters within SOTF that will not be participating in the SOTF ACT were registered here. Information about characters' friends, family, and other people that the students associate with can be found within.

To register a NPC (a character that will appear in pre-game but not participate in SOTF V4), you'll need to fill out the same template that you would use for registering a normal character. The difference is, sections like the character biography don't have to be as full and descriptive, and not all sections necessarily need to be filled out. Registering NPCs is optional, but if you have a non-player character that appears in many of your posts, it's worth registering them to give other handlers a better idea of who the person is.
This is an archival account used by staff to port posts belonging to the handler Megami. While this handler hasn't been around in quite a while, should they return and wish to take custody of this account and/or its posts, they are welcome to do so by contacting staff.
