Stacy was pleasantly surprised when the majority of the group agreed with her idea. She didn't think that they would be so enthusiastic about it and she was expecting someone to oppose her, but apparently not. Miles of course took a dig at her, but she knew it was only in good spirit and wouldn't have expected anything less from him.

Soon after this, Miles left the room to find a bathroom to change in. Stacy didn't think that this was the best time for him to go off and get ready, especially on his own. For all they knew, the two people outside might not be the only ones loitering around the school. There could be more of them hiding just around the corner, waiting for them all to separate just like Miles had done. Stacy would have protested about Miles leaving, but there were more important things at hand.

Stacy smiled at Rachael when she volunteered to stay with her and Miles. She respected Rachael for making the decision to stay with two almost complete strangers rather than go with her friends. She hadn't even spoken to Miles due to him being unconscious the entirety of the time they'd been at the school and she and Stacy had only briefly conversed with each other over the past two days. If Stacy was in her position, she definitely would have gone with Tim and Michael.

When Tim and Michael had gone, it was just Stacy and Rachael left in the room. Rachael was looking a little peaky which slightly worried Stacy. She didn't want to have to look after two sick people by herself. Stacy opened her mouth to ask if Rachael was feeling alright, but before she could say anything, Rachael announced her departure to the bathroom and suggested that Stacy should find Miles.

"Uh, okay." Stacy replied as she watched Rachael rush out of the room.

Collecting her things, Stacy exited the room and headed down the hallway to where the nearest men's toilets were.

No.

This wasn't how things were supposed to work out. Timothy felt like he was going to be sick. He clasped his hands to his face as things fell apart around him.

He had somewhat taken for granted that his plans would be accepted. It only made sense. He had put so much thought into it, yet he had never considered that everyone would just... run off on him.

He sighed. It was over. His group was destroyed, and he couldn't do anything about it. He couldn't even try to talk them all out of it, seeing as they ran in different directions. He adjusted his glasses on his face.

After a moment of deliberation, he gathered up his things and ran off after Michael. While no choice was ideal, he'd rather at least follow the guy with the gun. There'd be a little more safety there.

Veronica was right. While there were definitely people inside the school judging by what he'd heard, the fact that they hadn't responded to his call wasn't good. They didn't walk out and shoot him, but nonetheless he took it as a sign to move on.

"I suppose we'd better get out of here," James said, looking around warily.

Still clutching the Clue box, he unzipped his bag and took out the slightly crumpled map for a few moments; James had no intention of walking straight into a Danger Zone. Eventually he sighed and put it away before closing the bag and facing a new direction. With any luck the pair of them would find some kind of shelter and avoid any roaming killers; a cardboard box and a metal pipe wouldn't do much to deter anyone with a gun. He turned back to his prospective travelling companion.

"You can come with me if you like, I'm not looking to fight if you aren't."

With that, James took one last look at the abandoned school buildings and walked off.

The kid thankfully took her advice and proposed that they left, as if Veronica hadn't just said that.

Either way, though, it looked like Veronica had found an ally. In all likeliness it wasn't going to last a full day, but she was tired and vulnerable. It was easier to stick with the boy until she was able to go out and fend for herself again. While she hadn't run into anyone since her own awakening and possibly the hanger, Veronica doubted that her loner streak would last; she was smart enough to see the reasoning behind the danger zones.

The boy, who she now knew as James, invited her along regardless of the fact that they had just made the alliance. Rolling her eyes behind his back, she followed him away from the school building, tire iron in hand.
