9.2 The Docks

On closer inspection, the city's harbour spans about one kilometer along the coast. It features three piers of varying lengths and one small house that holds a drydock with a speedboat belonging to the rich family who build the mansion. And just like the mansion, the speedboat is brandnew.
The terrorists made sure that no boat had a functioning motor by making holes in the fuel tanks of the boats, which resulted in most of them sinking. Those that didn't would need some repairs before being usable. The drydock-building has a good number of the needed material, but any student trying to work on the boats would instantly get detonated.
Due to most of the area being open, there are only a few cameras around.
