V5 is getting closer, slowly but surely. As an update, staff will likely give a one-month warning fairly soon, once applications are a bit more under control. The one month will be the timeframe for submitting new applications; afterwards, we will close off new applications and just continue with those in the queue. All character applications will close before the first rolls, since it wouldn't be fair for characters to be added after that point.
