I think Chloé and Darryl could have an interesting relationship since they're both into politics and could have some interesting discussions.

Dani and Jessica would know each other from the volleyball team and would probably be friends from there.

If Janice plays streetball she would know Darryl as the only basketball he plays is streetball.

Ara would probably know both Jessica and Darryl, Jessica because they're both on volleyball and Darryl because they're both theatre kids.

Cedar and California could be friends as they share a lot of the same interests: anime, manga, drawing etc. She may be interested in California's webcomic also. Ash and Jessica are both on the volleyball so I imagine they'd at least be acquaintances through that, probably not much more than that tho...
