The Snake Chat

Dodd: Anyone have any theories? Solitair: It was Garnett. Dodd: Garnett exploded? Solitair: Yes, Dodd. Garnett exploded. Dodd: Daaaamn. AnimeDutchess: Primitive A-Bomb? No, the whole island would've gone up, then. Solitair: Jake Woods teleported onto the island and converted Garnett's blood to nitro...

Re: The Other Student Roster

Final SOTF Report Card: [/b][/u] Well, there we have our wrap, somehow both sooner and more delayed than expected. That's just how it goes sometimes; you can't always get a neat and tidy number to round things off. Of course, in this case it combined with some unfortunate circumstances of my own to...

Re: The Amazing Race: SOTF Edition

I would like to submit the dream team of SC2-flavor Richard Ormsby and William Lohman, whose canon relationship is they went over the ravine together like Holmes and Moriarty over the Reichenbach Falls.

Re: 7s to Burn

Kimberly smiled wider when Mara clarified, and as the girl broke eye contact, she allowed her own gaze to drift away again. Final survivor? Alright. It was a good answer, one that passed the test she'd only half-consciously slipped into. She'd been right, then: they both knew where they stood, both ...

Re: V7 Reduced Activity Notices

Various work things are significantly more busy than expected and look likely to continue in that vein for roughly the next two to three weeks.

Re: 7s to Burn

"It's important to be able to take care of yourself," Kimberly said, as much to buy a moment in which to pick her next, more important words as to communicate any agreement. There was something interesting in what Mara had told her, something Kimberly hadn't known. She could take a guess o...

Re: 7s to Burn

"I'm generally fine," Kimberly said, allowing the small invasion of her space to pass unacknowledged. Instead, she frowned at her glass of water. She'd been caught up enough in the moment that she'd neglected to ask for her drink without ice, and while it wasn't as big a deal for water as ...

Re: V7 Reduced Activity Notices

Lots of assorted small things I've been procrastinating on plus exciting RL stuff such as trying to get building maintenance to fix the hall lighting so we're not going down the stairs in pitch black are keeping me busy so I'm going to be fairly low activity over the weekend and maybe into next week.

Re: taking art requests

It's still "soon," right? >< Anna looks awesome. I love the waviness to her hair; you have a sort of impressionist style going on here that seems a little different from your norm, in a cool way. I also dig the asymmetrical neckline of her shirt; it's a great detail and well-conveyed. Holl...

Re: Art Challenge Saturday

Popping in a little bit belatedly (and I hope that's cool since this isn't the usual thread ><) to say just how nice the fusion kids look! Siercy has this great sleepy/nocturnal vibe—maybe it's the Snorlax. I love how their color coordination all comes together, giving them this mellow vibe. I'm als...
