Re: A meeting of kindred souls...*

OOC: Sorry for taking so long and for it being a bit short, I was busy. IC:     This one's got a mouth on her. She really should learn some respect, especially when I deign to speak to her. Walter thought when seeing Mariavel's reaction, gritting his teeth slightly for a few seconds and resisting th...

Re: A meeting of kindred souls...*

OOC: Sorry for taking so long. Also, I'm not sure since the stuff he thinks about is only thought and mentioned instead of explicitly shown, but a content warning might be needed. Don't know really. IC: The second bell had rang, indicating that the next period (what it was varied from student to stu...

Re: How many ways can you define the word "cow"?

To say Richard was disappointed that nothing came of the standoff would be quite an understatement. He had riled himself up into the state of excitement only a fight could put him in, while having an extreme headache, and nothing happened. As Bryan, Jack, Panom and Elizabeth all left to wherever the...

Re: How many ways can you define the word "cow"?

Richard had never quite liked pre-fight conversations, especially when the potential enemy was already there, as he thought they caused the fighter to drop their guard, a big mistake in combat. However, when Brian asked him if he was alright, he gathered the respect to glance in his direction, lower...

Re: How many ways can you define the word "cow"?

OOC: But there's no way Richard would know that unless Calvert brought it up in conversation. The kid's a brawler, and he'd be the type who'd think a good blow to the throat would be among the best ways to win a fight. It's in character for him to not know about that stuff.

Re: How many ways can you define the word "cow"?

And where had Richard Kingston, who loved to be one of the first people at the scene of any fight in Bathurst, been during all this? The nurse's office, getting some rest after a coughing fit and a terrible pain in the stomach and head. He had been enduring it all day up to now, when his period teac...

Re: We survive by friendship

OOC: Considering the mauling Tori is trying to perform on your character, I don't think it's a good idea to completely ignore all her actions.

Re: This could be anywhere in the world

He could barely see anymore as he watched Bryan take up the Walther pistol and aim it between his eyes, but he could still hear. Bryan reluctantly agreed to his saying the credo and apparently grasped the message Seth had hidden in it, then there was a loud pop. After that, a great deal of pressure,...

Re: This could be anywhere in the world

A wide smile crossed Seth Mattlock's features as Bryan told him that he was a good friend. He appreciated that, as he had always tried to be in his own way. It had actually crossed his mind that he may have failed in that, trying to be a friend to all of the Fists. They were like family to him, ever...

Re: This could be anywhere in the world

"Don' fuckn' worry 'bou...'bout it, Bry."  Seth had chosen only to reply to the last thing Bryan said, mainly to conserve what energy and air he still had, though he was glad that Tori had turned out alright, according to Calvert. Opening his eye and looking to Calvert with much difficulty...

Re: This could be anywhere in the world

Before Bryan helped Seth into a sitting position, that is to say physically pulled him up into one and eliciting a surprisingly low and hoarse grunt of pain from the gang leader, Mattlock had been perfectly still except for the occasional weak movement of his chest as he struggled to breath, his eye...
