How can you see the difference between someone jogging and someone running?

Most joggers would have their ears plugged to listen to music. Someone who's chased by someone or would want to hurry to a specific place wouldn't do that.

Then there are people like Forrest who don't listen to music. He did not like to listen to music while jogging, as he had the experience of his cellphone breaking as it fell down while he jogged while listening to a catchy song he heard on repeat. He also did not like the thought of his thoughts being disturbed by music. And he heard of idiots who got into accidents while listening to music when they cycled or jogged.

Another sign of someone jogging could be that the jogger wears a jogging suit.

Forrest owned a jogging suit, but almost never wore it. He thought it was just too effortful to change his clothes, just to jog. Also it'd probably embarrass him if he was seen in such an odd looking suit by his friends. So he just wore his baggy pants and a dark-blue T-shirt.

And probably the last point to distinguish a jogger from a runner would be the speed.

While someone who's running away from somebody or wants to get to a location in a quick time is trying to be fast, some joggers jog in a calm and slow manner. But other joggers jog more faster. And Forrest is someone who jogged fast. He tried to improve both his stamina and speed. Basically he tried to run as fast as he could without getting exhausted.

He did not care that some people on the streets looked at him oddly, because he might have looked like someone who was chased by a serial killer.

And while he jogged he thought of various things to choke the pain he felt while running non-stop.

One of those things was the fact that he recently thought about who was going to become the president. The Election Day drew closer and closer. In the 3rd of November 2020 a president will be elected. Forrest was very interested in the election, but he however couldn't vote yet.

But he thought of plans which party's president candidate he will vote in the election 2024. If 2024 will ever happen to him.
