Aimless

Thought up as an idea to allow tourists to see more of the natural beauty of the location the nature walk is a long dirt path that winds its way through the part of the bay area that is more heavily dense with trees. In places the trees and shrubs shroud the path in shadow and other times they thin out to allow sun to shine onto the path and give tourists an opportunity to take a beautiful landscape photo or group shot.

A wasted day, another announcement.

Jewel had killed two more kids. Riley and nerdy Erik were dead. Matt was dead. Out of everyone from Davison, Brendan thought Matt had the best chance of winning. Guess not.

Actually, Brendan thought that any of the guys from the team would've had a good chance of winning. But now he was the only one left. How could he have lasted longer than Matt, Isaiah, and Davis? Back home, Brendan just followed them around and nodded to everything thy said. They were the ones with skill and charisma. They were the ones who'd actually come up with a plan instead of just wandering around and trying to find someone who could.

Brendan's travels had lead him to a dirt path surrounded by trees. It was one of the nicer places in the resort, he guessed. It wasn't as cold as before. At least that didn't suck.

Brendan walked down the path for what felt like hours. He was left alone with his thoughts, never running into another person on his walk. Eventually he decided to take off in another direction to see if he could find luck somewhere else in the resort.
