It is our pleasure today to announce that the long-discussed Second Chances V3 is undeconfirmed happening in the not-too-distant future.
New to SC as a concept? The basic pitch is that it's a fairly standard death game with one twist: all the characters hail from other versions, adjusted to fit the setting (and sometimes handled by someone new). You can read more about it here.
Don't have any dead characters to use? Not a problem! We have enough characters with free permissions to populate an entire version. You can take any character from this list simply by posting your claim in the thread.
More details will arrive soon, but what you need to know for now about SC3 in particular is:
- SC3 will draw its population from Aurora Bay High School, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and presided over by Principal Melvin Carter, who is definitely not suspicious at all.
- We are discussing a number of small adjustments to the SC formula, including when it comes to character cap, Pregame-only characters, and side activities during the game. Nothing is certain, but expect to see some additions to what has existed in past versions.
- Our intention is to launch apps within the next two months, with a full version launch either late this year or at the very start of next.
