International - Weather on day one

Today is incredibly overcast, with the clouds looking as though they’re on the precipice of raining, but never quite doing so. The air is humid, despite it being somewhat cool. Some time after the sun sets, however, it will begin to rain, until almost the middle of the night. After that, the clouds will disappear somewhat, and a Half-Moon in its Third Quarter will occasionally appear.
