What We've Been Searching For
Phase Four (Hours 37-??)
"Oh shit..." Kenzie muttered under her breath. But seeing Brittany acting like this, they must have met before, right?
She walked out, since her cover was blown anyway, then proceed to ask Brittany, "Brittany, you know them?"

Marion's shout jolted Kassandra, but that wasn't nearly as much of a surprise as who she was shouting at.
There she was, Brittany Chesterton. The reason that Marion was left to die at the gazebo. The reason Kass still had a bruise under her eye a day and a half later. The person who they had been searching for ever since they got together.
Brittany was the continual thorn in their side, and there she was, right in front of them.
Kass felt her anger boiling. She stood up and got her pipe ready. She wasn't going to let Brittany intimidate her or force her to run away. Not this time.
"You here to give us that key back?" She demanded angrily.

"What key?" Brittany asked, deciding to play dumb.
"The key to these!" Marion yelled angrily, holding up her cuffs and rattling them for emphasis.

Handcuffs? Wow...
Kenzie seriously thought they were just normal rivals, but after seeing the cuffs locked onto Marion's hands, she can confirmed that they had met each other before.
She didn't say anything, however. She just stood there, figuring what is going on judging from their conversation.

Kassandra stared at Brittany. Was she seriously trying to play dumb? She knew damn well what she did, and she wasn't going to let her get away with it.
"Don't bullshit us!" She barked, pointing her pipe at Brittany. You fuckin' left Marion to die, asshole!" She was so infuriated that she could barely keep herself from devolving into just screaming and charging, but she kept herself in check for now.
"So are you gonna give us her key back or what?"

"I don't know what you're talking about," Brittany huffed, before turning to Kenzie. "These two seem awfully hostile. Be prepared to have to defend ourselves."
"Just give us the fucking key!" Marion barked.
"Just give us the fucking key!" Marion barked.
"Wait, you left someone to die?" Kenzie asked, arming herself with her shears.
Who was this girl that was with Brittany? Whatever, that didn't matter right now. But she seemed a little surprised by all of this, so Kassandra had a feeling that Brittany had been keeping her in the dark. Well Kass was more than ready to shine a flashlight onto everything.
"Yeah, she left Marion bound, gagged, and with her pants down. Didn't she tell you?" She didn't hesitate for a moment, nor did she show any signs of backing down from her words. "Let me guess, she didn't, did she?"

"No! I'll explain everything later!" Brittany said defensively.
"You left me hancuffed to a gazebo and ran off with the key!" Marion yelled. "And I'm not the only one you left bound and alone! We found someone else you'd left tied up and gagged in one of the nicer houses!"

Kenzie sighed. Whatever that she heard about Brittany from Marion and Kassandra, that might actually be possible.
But again, she did owe Brittany a favor.
"The explanation better be good then," Kenzie replied Brittany, readying for a fight. "Seems like they won't let us go without a war."

Why was Brittany still trying to be evasive? There was only one person here that believed her, and the other two already knew that she was a piece of shit. It was maddening.
Kassandra adjusted her grip on the pipe and shouted at her again.
"Just give us the goddamn key!"
Kassandra adjusted her grip on the pipe and shouted at her again.
"Just give us the goddamn key!"
"You're really gonna trust her?" Marion said to Kenzie, baffled.
Brittany raised her crowbar defensively. "Stay back!"
Brittany raised her crowbar defensively. "Stay back!"
Kenzie didn't answer Marion, and slowly fall back behind Brittany. Seems like there was something personal going on between Brittany, Marion and Kassandra. She didn't felt like being involved in their drama, but if it means her only ally getting hurt, she would fight back if she had too.
Kassandra's hands were shaking. Her foot was tapping. Every second she spent looking at Brittany only made her angrier. And if she wasn't going to hand over the key, then it looked like she would have to take it by force.
Kassandra ran forward and charged Brittany with all of her might, aiming to bring her to the ground. Brittany might have been a horrible person, but Kassandra was willing to bet that she was a better fighter than the preppy girl.

Brittany fell to the ground, losing her bags as she did so, and tried to push Kass off of her.
