WIP Teaser 1 - The Blessed

Designation: "The Blessed"

Appearance: The Blessed resembles ordinary human beings, usually members of the Adam's Children, however there are uncommon instances of villagers, press crew, and even militia members. Blessed who are part of the Adam's Children are easily identified from the white yoga uniforms with cult symbols highlighted in purple which they wear, though some followers are also wearing masks modeled after their leader "Adam". The Blessed suffer from visible afflictions similar to a viral disease, however no biological evidence is able to back up hypothesis that the cause of the Blessed is the result of a viral weapon. The Blessed have throbbing black veins, spread throughout the body. Skin suffers from discoloration from normal pigmentation to a pale white-green coloration akin to early stages of decomposition. Eyes have glowing yellow animalistic-like pupils and red sclerae. The Blessed show signs of visible injuries and physical disfigurements, varied on the body, either caused by attack before reanimation or self-infliction. The Blessed are also capable of producing a black thick substance from tear ducts, where tests show to be a form of ectoplasm.

Recon Observations: "There are a lot of things that do keep me up at night, but the events concerning the "Fallen Angels" incident undergoing in Indonesia do get me to have a bottle of bourbon at my bedside. While there are the instances of [REDACTED] from the Blessed, observations at the moment will focus on characteristics of the Blessed.

Operation Director "Penumbra" has classified and designated these people, or once people, as The Blessed. As much as she allowed herself to be called [CLASSIFIED] openly, I must go by professional standards and lack of bias, to which I will still refer to her as her callsign "Penumbra". Entities are seen as The Blessed, as a form of irony, coming from their leader Adam.

The Blessed are mostly composed of teen to adult members of the Adam's Children cult. Source and cause of the Blessed is an unique one, since the primary cause is not biological like any viral weapon. Transmission and metamorphosis can only occur after the death of a likely host, but only if the body still contains functions to have control. It is due to this reason that "Lab Rat" has made the collars to target the wearer's brain. Many of the members of the operation have compared the Blessed to zombies, however while there are similarities, there are some differences.

The Blessed hold some intelligence in using any possible weaponry, such as farm tools and even from drone surveillance, firearms and explosives. Blessed possesses nocturnal vision and are able to see through darkness, making them extremely unpredictable and more likely to swarm their prey. Dialogue, though incoherent and vulgar, confirms that the Blessed are able to do vocal speech. It is unknown how much remains of the human mind and individuality of the host after being converted into a Blessed. It is possible that there is still some self-awareness from host, however are unable to control their normal bodily functions.

The Blessed are able to track their prey via the usual methods of sight and sound. While stealth is suggested, other recommendations in disposing of the Blessed would be to kill as much of them as possible to avoid being horded to death. Blessed are agile as the regular human, even with major injuries as described.

My primary theory that the Blessed are being [CLASSIFIED] that is able to convert casualties into hostilities. There is obviously a primary "awakening" event for the Blessed to be able to spread, but attempts to uncover evidence concerning the awakening event would require on-site operatives. Overall, the cause of the Blessed is one of a [CLASSIFIED] event.

Penumbra has originally requested that the contained site be firebombed, as with requests from the [CLASSIFIED] from the Indonesian government, but is willing to give "Project Hellbent" a chance to save valuable assets. Penumbra does seem to favor conducting the project, even if the prep work is much costly than usual reconnaissance operations." - "Scribe".

WIP Teaser 5 - The Siren Princess

Designation: "The Siren Princess"

Appearance: The Siren Princess is an amalgamation of both Younglings and merged technological equipment. Visually and thematically, the entity can be compared to a spider or scorpion-like predator. Its outer layer or "armor" is composed of the flesh of deceased and alive Younglings, though what's most unique is that the entity has managed to merge with non-sentient dolls and other toys, though this appears to be part of its camouflage. It is unknown of how much of the possible "baby doll parts" are fake or possible [REDACTED], including if they are still [REDACTED]. The entity moves around with roughly 6 legs, each with a razor sharp point for attacking and mobility. Entity also possesses additional appendages near its mouth area to help in consumption and possible [REDACTED].

The most notable "function" of the Siren Princess is its frontal tail, which is attached to a corpse of an unidentified young girl at this time. The appearance of the girl appears to be aged around 7 to possibly 11, having red hair in the form of pigtails and wearing a white dress that seems to be different than the usual trademark white yoga uniforms that the other members of Adam's Children. The most striking details, however, are her sunken and sagging eye sockets and jaw that appears to have been broken by hand. Another striking detail is a major point of trauma at her throat in which a baby monitor speaker is embedded, most likely caused by the metamorphosis stage into the amalgamation.

Recon Observations: "The Siren Princess as it has been designated is an interesting specimen, as while there are examples, such as the [CLASSFIED] that have also been spotted and have shot down recon drones, this entity is one of the many examples of the [REDACTED] ability to construct new beings with its fleshy growth and merging of previously-deceased organisms with non-sentient and non-living objects.

It appears that the Siren Princess is linked directly to the Nursery within the cult living grounds, as it uses an unknown location within the building as a hunting and nesting ground. It is unknown on what had happened in the Nursery, but it is possible that with the Younglings mostly present within the same area and range, there could have been another [REDACTED] event by children who were not a part of the original [REDACTED].

The Siren Princess is given its name, not just for the usage of a female young host, but it's ability to lure potential victims over with its "tail". The behavior of the Siren Princess uses the element of lowering the guard down of a victim with the usage of the female host. Using the host as a lure, it plays off audible sounds from the baby monitor that is embedded in the host. The sounds that come from the host have been documented, but appear to be similar to a baby crying, hence the usage of the baby monitor, but it is unknown if this sound created is an artificial recreation or the actual source of the cry is inside of the entity.

After a victim is up close or within killing or [REDACTED] range, the host will let out a shriek amplified to cause minor and brief hearing loss, before the Siren Princess attacks.

It is possible that the human host attached to the tail is still conscious and aware of her surroundings, though it is hard to know what designations are still producing their original human consciousnesses or are being possessed by [REDACTED].

Further observations would require on-site personnel. I ask that they put this girl out of her misery with the usual prejudice we demand to be implemented." - "Scribe".

WIP Miscellaneous - Music Experimentation

First off, I wouldn't consider this a teaser, but rather more of as the title says of "music experimentation". Some handlers do like to have soundtracks or songs playing in threads, especially me when I find that it helps set the scene and/or mood.

Toxie had suggested a song to be of Project Hellbent's theme and with some discussions back in Discord on the alternate universe thread, I wanted to do a little bit of a poll and see on which song would be the one to suit Project Hellbent. Let me know back at Discord with a PM or mention, on which song sounds the most fitting for Hellbent.

For the vibe of Hellbent overall, I want to give off a major sense of hatred. One that is felt by the characters involved and the RP world. It's one where there are no real heroes. Only black and grey against something so dark and vile that there's no turning back. It's one that's full of despair, pain, death, and overall misery and senseless violence.

So best control the volume, since some of these are going to be loud as fuck when played.

Hotline Miami 2: IAMTHEKIDYOUKNOWWHATIMEAN - Run | Metal Cover: Recommended by Toxie. Initially, it does have some Romero vibes as mentioned back on Discord, however I would consider this to be more of an ending theme than an actual official theme. While it does build up, it gives a beat to showcase a hopeful conclusion.

Outlast Official Soundtrack - 41 End Credits: This song is what I originally envisioned to be the official theme of Hellbent at first, due to Outlast being one of the main inspirations for the RP.

Amnesia Rebirth OST: Main Menu Theme: Mininalist and simple, though the violin strings give off a lingering sense of despair and pain.

Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs Main Theme: Very gothic, but serves as the right type of foreboding to easily clue in new players and handlers.

Dead By Daylight The Ghost Face Menu Theme: Dead by Daylight contained many themes in its game, but the one that I found myself invested in the most is Ghost Face's theme. Ironic, since the theme is way different than the usual theme of Scream, since the one in-game is creepily off-key and serves to show how much of a threat the in-game killer is.

Postal 1 (1997) Soundtrack - Menu: Back in Discord, I mentioned wanting to use music from the game Postal, since I want to give off a sense of pure hatred towards the characters in the RP and the RP world, in general. The menu gives off any things, but makes its message clear even with its visuals.

Postal 1 (1997) Soundtrack - The City (WARNING LOUD): If I had to choose officially, this could've been the theme of Hellbent, even though its more of an "ambience" track. It's a song that really gives you a sense of hatred in its rawest form.

Nihil (WARNING LOUD): Recommended by Toxie. I will give Toxie credit. He recommended a lot of early industrial music. This is probably the hardest out of the industrial songs he mentioned and linked.

New World Disorder: Recommended by Ahab. Does have some moments and notes that sound more hopeful than despairing, but it is a dark electronical beat, nevertheless.

Imagine Dragons - Natural: Recommended by FlockofHens. A debatable song choice, since its way more light-hearted than the other tracks, but it is still worth mentioning.

Third Suture: Recommended by Toxie. Minimalist, though with an industrial twist.

Rivet Head: Recommended by Toxie. A full blown major 90's edged industrial punk song. Very actionful, but might not show the horror vibe needed.

Tetsuo The Bullet Man Theme by Trent Reznor NIN: Recommended by Toxie. Early Nine Inch Nails industrial music can work, but theme might sound a bit too cyberpunkish.

TD - Tetsuo Dance - Tetsuo: The Iron Man: Recommended by Toxie. Extremely industrial and adrenaline pumping, which sounds like something to boil blood.

Saya No Uta::Schizophrenia: Recommended by EllisWilson. A song with a major sense of plain despair, fitting for a VN with a messed up plot.

Holy: Thanks, American Horror Story? Since the villains here are meant to be a cult, it is fitting to have a religious-sounding song akin to a ritualistic hymn.
