Greetings SOTF: Mini.

I am happy to finally announce our latest AU, SOTF: U!

SOTF: U imagines Survival of the Fittest as a psychological experiment on captive post-secondary students, setting itself apart from previous versions of SOTF by opening up the age range of characters beyond the previous scope of high school students. The setting of SOTF: U draws extensively from speculative fiction and horror, with the shadowy Janus-Hayes Corporation filling the role of meta-antagonist this time around. Know that while there may be unexpected twists and turns along the way, the essential structure of the game will remain the same.

Applications will open on Monday, August 22nd and will run until the start of the game. We hope to launch SOTF: U soon; before launch, we will be posting teasers that will offer up more information about the setting, the game map, and the weapon list.

In the meantime, feel free to post in the planning subforum and take a look at the posted information regarding the rules, setting, and character applications.

The final launch timeline for SOTF: U is as follows:

November 12th: Roll Call!
November 14th: Final Teaser & Rostering begins.
November 16th: Game Start.

You have until the 16th to submit character applications, although we'd definitely appreciate applications come in earlier! Once the game starts, any new applications will no longer be accepted, though in-progress applications can continue.
