Power Details: Illusion allows Lily to induce hallucinatory stimuli in the auditory and visual cortexes of herself and nearby people. These hallucinations can take the form of sounds and images. Maintaining these false stimuli requires constant focus from Lily.
Limitations and Drawbacks: Lily is not able to induce hallucinatory smells, tastes, or touch sensations with Illusion. Lily herself always sees and hears the same stimuli as everyone else affected by Illusion, and she cannot selectively target individuals within Illusion's range. The maximum range of Illusion is approximately 104 meters in a radius around Lily, outside of which people are unaffected. Maintaining the stimuli from her Gift requires uninterrupted focus and is draining, with more detailed hallucinations requiring more concerted effort. If Lily's focus is interrupted while she is concentrating on an illusion, her illusion will be dispelled. Finally, overuse of Illusion can mentally fatigue Lily, and eventually cause her to temporarily lose consciousness.
Appearance: Lily is slightly taller than average (5'7") and of average weight for her height (141 pounds). Her eyes are brown, and her hair is naturally brown and wavy, but has been dyed multiple colors in bands of red, magenta, blue, cyan, green, and yellow. She has light skin, a round nose, thin eyebrows, upturned ears, and dense freckles on her face. She has a thick hourglass body shape, with noticeable toning in the muscles of her arms and legs. Her ears are pierced with rainbow studs. Her voice is medium pitched and she speaks with a West Coast accent.
Lily typically wears mono-colored crop tops and jeans with black, high top sneakers. She can usually be found with multicolored rubber bracelets around her wrists. She usually has makeup on, such as dark eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara, pale foundation, and varying solid-colored lipsticks. On the day of the abduction, she was wearing a dark red, low-cut crop top, worn blue jeans, black high top sneakers, and two bracelets, one orange and one violet, on either wrist.
