Cliffs (A8) [Forbidden]On the northernmost point of the island, at the top of a winding, forested path, a sheer cliff face drops to rocks and waves far below. While the terrain here is somewhat treacherous, and options for retreat are limited, the area does offer a clear view of its access points, making it an area where it's difficult to be taken by surprise.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Clinic (G9) [Forbidden]While major medical issues for the island's inhabitants typically merited a trip to the mainland, this small clinic is equipped enough to handle almost any typical injury or illness, and most of the equipment and medicine is still there. The clinic also has facilities suitable for cooking and getting cleaned up, to help support overnight stays.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Farm Storage (H6) [Forbidden]This large, metal-plated building houses farm equipment of all sorts, from fertilizer and hand tools to a tractor and several trucks. While the inside is fairly spacious, the equipment throughout offers plentiful hiding places, and there are multiple exits, many shielded from view of the others, leaving it more treacherous and suitable for ambushes than it may seem at a glance.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Harbor (H9) [Forbidden]The residential district tapers into the harbor, which includes a number of docks, small warehouses, and equipment for unloading cargo. At the time of the game, no ships are present, and most of the cargo that can be ransacked offers little of interest.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

House With Well (E4) [Forbidden]While the majority of the amenities offered by this small house may be found in abundance in the residential area, it is set apart both by its location, as the westernmost point of shelter on the island, and by the large well behind it. Both of these traits make it potentially appealing as a resupply point for students avoiding the denser areas.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

In-Between [Forbidden]This section covers areas that lack major defining features. Okishima Island is largely covered in forest, broken up by periodic clearings and meadows. The island slopes up towards its two peaks, and the combination of this and the foliage make for rough traveling through the undeveloped areas, though a road through the valley between the peaks offers access to the western side of the island and is comparatively traversable.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Lighthouse (C10) [Forbidden]The lighthouse stands on the easternmost point of the island, helping guide ships to the harbor. The lighthouse itself is tall, with a narrow, spiraling staircase, and offers a good view of the surrounding area. At the base is also a series of rooms with living facilities for the caretakers, so it's one of the places outside the residential district that can offer a bed and cooking facilities.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Northern Peak (C7) [Forbidden]The highest point of the northern side of the island, this peak is more developed than its southern counterpart, featuring an observation platform. This platform, shielded from the sun by a gazebo, is visible from most of the island, and in turn offers a view of pretty much anywhere not blocked by the southern peak, though at the distances in question it may be very hard to make out much detail with the naked eye.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Orchard (E8)North of the residential area, at the foot of the northern peak, a grove of tangerine trees grows. Unlike the forest that blankets much of the island, the trees here are in neat rows, and fruit may be found on them. This also means that wildlife is especially abundant here, as birds come for the fruit, and feral cats come for the birds.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Residential Area (H/I8) [Forbidden]The residential area is where the bulk of the island's population lived. The houses here tend to be relatively modest, and the general level of technology is low. A handful of cars may be found, but most of the inhabitants traveled on foot or by bicycle, and the pathways between houses are far more suited for these modes of locomotion. This, of course, means there are nearly endless places to hide.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Sandy Beach (I6) [Forbidden]While most of the island's coastline is either overgrown or sheer cliff face, in this spot on the southern end the slope to the sea turns gentle and an expanse of picturesque, sandy beach may be found, littered with sea shells and driftwood. At the end of the beach further from habitation is a rocky reef, much more treacherous than its surroundings.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

School (G7) [Forbidden]This building is familiar to the students, though more outdated than their own classrooms back in Shiroiwa. A two-story building, the schoolhouse has been only loosely retrofitted for its new role as command center of the program's staff, but students will be hard-pressed to mount any sort of effectual resistance, as personnel do not pass the windows and the area around the building is forbidden for entry to a distance of three hundred meters.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Shinto Shrine (C4) [Forbidden]While there is little to recommend the area from a tactical standpoint, this modest shrine is the only man-made landmark on the northwestern side of the island, and its bright colors make it stand out amid the sea of foliage. Located between a hill and an area of jagged, exposed rocks, it may serve as a better meeting point than a place to linger for long.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Southern Peak (H3) [Forbidden]In contrast to the northern peak, the tip of the southern mountain has no development, and the paths to reach it are few and ill-maintained. What it does offer, however, is a good vantage point on most of the southern half of the island, all from a comparatively inconspicuous, sheltered location.Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Tourist Association (E9) [Forbidden]This blocky building served as the starting point for tourist expeditions of the island, and as such it has a number of unique resources to offer. The maps here have significantly better and more accurate detail than those issued to the students, and hiking and survival equipment may be found. Finally, this area is connected to the residential area by a well-maintained road, and a van is parked outside the building, still operational (though the keys are missing).Moderator: BRAU2 Director

Walled House (F6) [Forbidden]The house closest to the school building is similar to those found in the residential area but for one key feature: a sturdy concrete wall encircles the property, offering cover and protection from all but the most serious firepower—though, as it rises only to about head level and is very rough in its construction, anyone who wishes to scramble over will be able to do so easily.Moderator: BRAU2 Director
