Lost in Wonderland

[Primrosette]

Drew felt like he was feeling lost in an unknown world. Where was Declyn when he needed him? This was not what he really wanted to be in the first place but he had let Declyn drag him to the party because Declyn was his best friend and he didn't want to appear as an uptight butthole about missing out on a great time on missing out on this wild party. Because he had seen a lot of crazy stuff happening all around him and he was glad to have not been involved in any drama. Weren't parties supposed to be all about having fun? Not dramatic stuff. Like some kind of soap opera life.

He was sitting down with his back against a tree and he was taking a sip of water from his small cup that he had took from the kitchen. He had chatting with some people before he got separated from Declyn and he failed to find his friend again because there were too many people around. Now he was just watching the partygoers doing whatever they wanted.

He felt tired as well as he let out a yawn and he closed his eyes slowly, feeling himself drifting off to sleep.

Gervais was drunk as fuck and couldn't find Abel and the others anywhere nearby. So he randomly moved from room to room to room to room until he was not inside the house anymore but outside! Good old Drew was outside, drunkenly falling asleep. Oh, what a fool!

Gervais quickly stepped back inside and searched an item he quickly found in a drawer.

Then he returned with the item and slowly walked to the sleeping Drew, observing his victim. Gervais was also feeling tired from the alcohol and from watching Drew sleep. But that wouldn't stop him from swinging his marker into Drew's face.

What should be drawn on Drew? A penis? A beard? A mustache?

Gervais decided to connect both of Drew's black eyebrows into one. He swiftly drew a thick line between them, then followed with a loud goofy laugh. Oh, he was a comedic genius! Unibrow-Drew. Perfect!

Gervais hoped for others to see this masterpiece.

Drew felt like he heard someone laughing in front of him and he was getting more awake by the second. He slowly opened his eyes, let out a sleepy yawn and he rubbed at his tired eyes. Trying to make sure that he would not fall back to sleep. Sleeping against a tree did not seem like the most ideal place in general. He really needed to get a better sleeping route at home. He could barely sleep at night for some reason and he normally could only get in about two hours of joyful sleep. Maybe he needed some sleeping pills. Although, he rather not take any.

"H-Hmm...?"

He looked up at the guy who was in front of him with a big grin on his face. Gervais. He was now wondering why he was laughing. Was there something on his face? Did he have anything in his teeth? Has he been drooling without realizing it?

"Uh, hey. What's so funny?" He asked out of curiosity.

As Drew began to get awake, Gervais quickly hid his pen in his pocket. Gervais tried his hardest to hide his smile as Drew asked why he was laughing with the unibrow - and failed. Gervais bursted out in a laugh, but managed to get his face straight again.

"Nothing, nothing! I was just thinking about something."

Gervais held out the hand to Drew to help him up, with a devilish smile.

Drew really didn't have a clue why Gervais was laughing again and he was trying to not let it bother him. It was fine. Maybe Gervais was drunk or something. Actually it seemed like he was by the way he was swaying a little from side to side. And he was sure that he could smell it on Gervais' breath because of his good smelling power. Okay, Drew was no superhero, but he just had a strong nose mostly.

"Uh.... okay then? Cool...?"

Drew wasn't sure what else he could say to the other guy and he glanced at Gervais' hand that was held out to him. He then took hold of it with his flimsy hand.

Gervais took Drew's hand and pulled him up so Drew could stand straight.

Drew really did not have a clue about the lines on his face. Hahaha, Gervais tried his best to hide the smile. He just looked so silly with the unibrow, he just couldn't. Gervais giggled in front of Drew and then stopped immediately, trying to continue the conversation.

"So, what have you done tonight?"

[Primrosette]

Oh, gosh. Gervais really seemed like he wanted to have a normal conversation and Drew really wanted to find Declyn as the giggling was making him feel a bit uncomfortable. But the guy was drunk, so maybe he was just a giggly drunk. Drew really had no idea and he wondered why he was even thinking about it. People get drunk at parties all the time and he was overthinking it for no reason.

"What have I done.... I've mostly been watching in the background as a lot of dramatic stuff had been happening and I was trying to stay out of it. I did not really want to be involved in sad times." Drew said as he scratched his cheek as a nervous habit and he cleared his throat, trying to sound more cheerful. "Parties are all about having a fun time, right? So we should do that!"

He honestly had no idea why he was acting like this. Why was he trying to impress this guy?

Declyn, where are yoooooooou? I neeeeeeeeed you!

Okay. His thought were sounding like they were drunk.

[Primrosette]

Ping!

Drew felt his phone vibrate in his pocket and he hurriedly got it out. It was a message from Cam.

Drew couldn't help but smile and feel warmth for her. He then decided to leave Gervais, saying a quick goodbye to him.

He looked all over for Declyn and felt bummed that someone told him that Declyn had left with a guy.

But Drew felt like he understood. Maybe.

He would talk to Declyn about what interesting things that he saw and listened to later on.

Drew then made his own way home by walking. He didn't mind. Not one bit.

He found himself looking at Cam's message again. He was still feeling himself smiling and then he felt the tears coming.

Happy tears?

Maybe they were. Drew would figure it out.

He definitely would.
