Appearance: More often called Ms. Little by her students, Evelyn Liddell stands at a bare 5'0" and often wears heels in order to boost her her slender frame slightly closer to a teenager's level. Her auburn hair is long and usually caught up in a bun or a braid, showing off her distinctively high cheekbones and warm brown eyes. Most days she'll wear nice slacks and a blouse or cozy turtleneck, and she's well known for favoring long brightly-colored silk scarves when not in labs. She also has a pair of cats-eye reading glasses which she keeps tucked away in her purse or drawer that she wears often during class or marking papers.

Biography/Personality: Never married, Ms. Liddell has always poured what she has into her job. She's been at Aurora since she first started teaching almost twenty years ago and is a fixture for both staff and students. She's well known for being more lenient for most, inclined to give students the benefit of the doubt and always willing to go the extra mile to help the achieve their goals and succeed in whatever they want to do. Her love for Biology in particular often shows through in her classes -- she teaches as though she's never seen the material before, with contagious excitement and enthusiasm. Outside the classroom, however, she's very quiet and although she enjoys speaking with students, often finds holding long conversations which don't have to do with her subjects of choice difficult and she can most often be found in the library or the lab, grading papers or catching up on her reading. She has a voracious appetite for mystery-suspense novels, and enterprising students bearing gifts of new material may find themselves granted leeway concerning due dates and test grades.

Although there's no doubt that students often take advantage of her goodwill, she's still liked for more than just her easy marking and willful blindness to things like tardy students and unexcused absences. Her passion for science and the universe is easy to see in her classes and she's considered a 'good teacher', the kind most students are pleased to see on their timetables.
