Appearance: A gaunt man of 6'3", Matthew Westley seems hardly to have an ounce of fat on his lean frame, something compounded by his gangly limbs (which has led to him being nicknamed 'the spider' by some of the student body). Mr. Westley dresses in a carefully calculated effort to appear both smart and casual, tending towards long coats, button-down shirts, pants and sneakers. Golden-blonde, blue-eyed and always clean-shaven, Mr. Westley would be exceptionally handsome were it not for his near-constant conceited smirk.

Biography/Personality: Seattle-born Matthew Westley has always been two things; very intelligent and very egotistical. He is not loud-mouthed or brash, but holds an aura of smug satisfaction around him, always ready with a cutting remark to any student unfortunate enough to raise his ire. When he gets around to actually teaching, Mr. Westley is a bit of a taskmaster; very strict and with little time for messing around. For all that, Mr. Westley is a pretty good educator - he's just not a man that many of the students could call a friend. Oddly enough though, he's incredibly accommodating to being asked for help outside of lessons, most likely because it strokes his ego.
