He turned back to Adonis. "Well, believe me, I could do worse, if I wanted," Zach said with a smirk. He was joking, of course. Still, Adonis had no idea what Zach was capable of. He could do more elaborate pranks he does publicly, but also all the shitposts he makes anonymously can be pretty harsh.

Adonis focused on Charelle and he nodded his head slightly. "Sure, go crazy with posting away, girl." He said, not feeling bothered by Charelle's skin touching his and he wondered if that meant that she didn't know about him being with someone. "I was definitely not looking to be pranked by a guy I like to watch. I was trying to have a jog and waiting for a text from my special someone."
Yes. He was being a bit corny about it. But it didn't really matter to him. He didn't have to go into details about who he was dating to the girl.
He turned his head to look back at Zach and he was suddenly intrigued by what he said. "Oh? You have something good in mind?" He asked out of curiosity. "Ever thought of being pranked yourself?"

Zach grabbed the rope and pulled the spider back up into the branches.
"If you don't mind, I'm gonna wait here for another victim to pass by," Zach said to Adonis as he made his way back into the bushes, "Unless you want to stick around and see someone else shit themselves. Just, please don't tell anyone about me or the spider."
He turned his attention back to Charelle.
"You can stay if you want. I might just be inclined to share my idea if you do."
Zach grabbed the rope and pulled the spider back up into the branches.
"If you don't mind, I'm gonna wait here for another victim to pass by," Zach said to Adonis as he made his way back into the bushes, "Unless you want to stick around and see someone else shit themselves. Just, please don't tell anyone about me or the spider."

Adonis raised an eyebrow as Charelle give him a fist bump into his open bump and he couldn't help but let out a small 'ha' sound. Charelle was definitely a mysterious to him. Also that strange nickname. Well, he was sure that she meant it in a teasing matter. He decided to laugh it off without sounding awkward.
"Sure, sure. Hey, mysterious girl. I would love to have your name." Adonis said with the most charming smile on his face and he hoped that she wouldn't misunderstand him when he said the next thing. "Also I would love to have your number as well."
Adonis took notice that Zach wanted to get back to scaring people with his prank. Adonis wanted to get moving on and replying to Emmett's text. But first he turned to face Zach.
"Hey, Zach. I don't have your number either. Hey, bud, I want yours too."
He paused for a few seconds.
"....I want your numbers so that I can call you guys to hang out with me, I swear. Totally innocent." He added. He wanted to leave without embarrassing himself more.

Once Adonis was done collecting his number, Zach scuttled back into his hiding spot.
"Have a swell friggin' day, dude," Zach said as he waved goodbye, "Also, I'm on Twitter, just in case you wanna keep up with my pranks."

About an hour passed and a few more people came up and down the trail. Some were so surprised that they shrieked like banshees. Others were not exactly good sports about being jumped by a toy spider and spouted insults at Zach. Still, they moved on.
It was close to noon when Zach decided he'd gotten enough footage for the video. He pulled the plush spider and the rope from the tree and left.
