This Woman's Work

Open; Music Video Shoot

The waterfront recreation area is an area consisting of the park located just behind the boardwalk and the boardwalk itself. The park is used for many picnics and barbecues while the boardwalk is a favorite of people going fishing or participating in other aquatic sports. The fishing area is limited solely to the stretch of the river which the trail runs alongside.

Kaaaaaaaaaaaaate.

Katrina strummed the last few chords of the song and stopped. She let out a long sigh.

"Okay, let me see how that looked."

She hopped over Charelle and made her way to the camera. She played back the footage on the camera. To her surprise, it looked perfectly in line with what she wanted. There were no surprise forest gremlins that appeared to force crummy dance memes in the video. Likewise, Charelle held out the entire time, which she'd have to commend her for. Now she definitely could use this for the finished product.

"Alright, we got the shot," Katrina told Charelle. "Now, if you're up for it, I have some further ideas."

After some gentle persuasion, Charelle had been cast as Katrina's music video star. Once Katrina cleared the stuff for the set, she had Charelle wander through the trees like Kate Bush in the Wuthering Heights video. While she wanted to be the star of the music video, Katrina knew some pop stars were willing to use other models for their shoots to stand in as avatars or inserts for whatever story. Charelle could definitely carry the role of Kate, and Katrina was sure she could pull the narrative off.

"Yeah, we've got a hit video on our hands," Katrina said as they finished shooting.

That would be for the internet to decide, but Katrina was confident.
