((Enter Chadd Crossen))
Yesterday was the third race in a row that Chadd had to usurp for his schooling. His accident had never quite left him the same. He had been itching for a race for a while now, and having tried to start a couple on the way to the mall to pick up his medicine, kind of felt defeated. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his keys, flipping them on the loop, catching them in his hand. He pressed the unlock button on his car with his palm, a chirp resonating through the parking garage.
The offending car was sitting a few rows away from the nineteen year old, a cherry red 2000 Audi TT. He had put so much work into that car to get it ready for his first race two years ago, and he'd kept it in pristine condition ever sense. 5 speed manual, 3.2 Liter engine, with leather interior. He nicknamed the car "Jade" initially because of it's strange teal paint job, which he re-did after about 6 months of owning the car, and the name just stuck.
He glanced around the parking lot, looking for any familiar faces, or anyone he might be able to egg onto being a first time racer. "One last look around can't hurt..." He mused to himself, pulling on the handle of his car door.
