Briarwood Apartments

Briarwood Apartment Complex, the largest complex in the city, was erected in 2000 by Lindsey Management Company in an effort to better provide housing for the ever-growing population. Originally a small-scale project, Briarwood offered housing for HUD and low-income cases and only housed about 100 occupants. However, the complex owners quickly began to crave money, and soon enough they were adding to the complex, now building bigger, nicer apartments in front of the original HUD apartments they had designed.

Naturally, more wealthy clientel flocked to the apartments, not seeming to mind the withered-looking-by-comparison apartments that had been erected prior behind the newer portion of the complex. Soon after, building began once again and even bigger, nicer, fancier apartments were erected in front of the older ones, causing even richer, more well-off clientel to flock to the apartment complex. This trend continues even now in present day, and the current number of units housed in this sprawling apartment complex is up to 498.

Briarwood boasts a lovely and well taken-care-of swimming pool with beautiful landscaping surrounding it. Only two guests per person, please. Briarwood also houses two children's playgrounds (one being in the back, rather ratty portion of the complex, while the other is up front), a basketball court, tennis court, laundry facilities for those who can't afford apartments with washers and dryers, and a clubhouse with a fireplace and big screen television.
