Coppice Land of Waste

A thicket of bamboo stalks shooting up out of the ground. Be careful, one could lose themselves in all the bamboo. If one was crafty enough, they could easily turn one of the bamboo stalks into a weapon of some sort.

The acrid smell of smoke lay thick in the remains of the bamboo coppice.

Clemence (Girl No. 23) breathed in and out through the thin slit of her open mouth. She had to be very quiet. She was stalking her prey. Clemence had been following the boy for just under an hour. He seemed like he had no particular destination in mind. She was beginning to plan an ambush when he stopped abruptly, looked at his map and turned around. He walked right by her without noticing her... God she was lucky. He seemed to be heading in the direction of the schoolhouse. This would be interesting...
