Start for Boy# 14

Jacob sat in the field, keeping low to avoid the eyes of any players (easier said than done in this field) while he searched through his kit. Feeling a wooden object, roughly in the shape of a handle, he pulled the object out to find his weapon: a combat knife, appearing to be the very one used by the U.S. Marines. "Impressive." was the only thing he said as he looked over the blade while rubbing his head. At least now he knew why it hurt so much when the bag landed right on his head. Closing the bag and putting it over his shoulder, he held the knife firmly in hand as he stood up and looked around the field. He appeared to be the only one there, and he was sure it would be wise to find a less obvious position.

Taking out the map, Jacob looked it over for a better location. There was a river nearby, where he could get a source of water or just take a minute to adjust himself to being thrust into a deathmatch against his entire class. There was a clinic even closer in proximity, but the recent gunshots there (and the screams) told him it would be best to go there when he was better armed. Nodding his head with his decision, he faced the direction of the river and headed there.
